the location was convenient and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly i reported it, but it wasn't fixed a fan was provided, but it wasn't sufficient to keep the room comfortable in the hot weather.

Excellent Stay, Staff and Location Shine

I found the staff greeted me warmly and were helpful. The location proved very convenient. I could easily reach many sightseeing spots. The room was large enough and featured a comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the building and its décor.
The bathtub drain was slow, and the coffee maker leaked. These minor issues detract from a true five-star experience. The wardrobe door also had a crack, which needs attention.

Food and drinks at Pacifico were amazing!!! I normally don't prefer fusion cuisine, but I was blown away by the flavors. I also appreciated the attentive bar and restaurant staff around the pool.

The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many interesting sites from the hotel. I found this very convenient for exploring the area, especially since I enjoy walking. The hotel is near Piazza del Popolo.
